Many women in our fast-paced, competitive culture are craving deeper and more meaningful connections, but struggle with how to develop real, authentic relationships, the kind where you can be true to yourself, ask for what you want, and genuinely connect with others. 

Since 2007, this therapy group has been providing a safe space for Bay Area women to come together, tell the truth about their lives, and learn from experience that 

                CONNECTION HEALS

In this confidential and supportive therapy group for women, you will have the opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and communication skills so that you can have the satisfying relationships you long for. This group could be for you if you want to:

  • Speak your truth and get support with whatever you're going through, while witnessing and supporting others

  • Increase awareness of and express your feelings and needs as they arise in the moment, in relationship

  • Learn to make requests so you can get more of your needs met

  • Improve your listening and empathy skills

  • Get more comfortable with boundaries, assertiveness, and navigating differences

  • Decrease isolation and experience more belonging

  • Experience what authentic and empowered connection feels like for you and get support to create more of it in your life!

Women's Group East Bay
This ongoing weekly therapy group meets on

Mondays in Berkeley  7:15 - 8:45 p.m. 

Space is limited to six women. 

Individual intake meeting required.

All self-identified women of all sexual orientations and 
relationship statuses are warmly welcome.
