Therapy Groups for Women
You are not alone! Connection heals.
Many women in our fast-paced culture are craving deeper and more
meaningful connections, but struggle with how to develop real, authentic relationships, the kind where you can be true to yourself and stay
connected with others. In this safe, confidential, and supportive
interpersonal process group, you will have the opportunity to:
- Give and receive support.
Improve your communication skills.
- Increase awareness of your feelings and needs.
- Feel more empowered.
- Relate to yourself and others with more compassion and understanding.
Handle conflict with more ease and confidence.
Bring more mindfulness and authenticity into all your relationships.
"Genuine connections ease anxiety and help assuage our essential aloneness. They provide the secure base from which we can venture into scary places, celebrate our joys, and take risks, knowing someone is there to either cheer for us or catch us if we fall." ~Charlotte Kasl, in If the Buddha Got Stuck
